Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and chili peppers and sauté for a few minutes until the ingredients soften.

- Stir the mixture until it comes to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
