Ingredients:

  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams instant yeast
  • 5 grams bread improver
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Warm water (as needed for kneading)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Black seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the yeast:

    • In a small bowl, combine the yeast with sugar and warm water. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbles appear.
  2. Mix dry ingredients:

    • In a food processor, combine the flour, bread improver, and salt.
  3. Add wet ingredients:

    • Add the yeast mixture, butter, and powdered milk to the dry ingredients. Start mixing on low speed until the dough becomes soft and cohesive.
  4. Kneading:

    • If the dough is dry, gradually add more water until the dough becomes smooth and firm. Increase the mixing speed to properly activate the yeast.
