Easiest Way to Make Cheese Pizza




Ingredients:
For the dough:

2 cups sifted flour
¾ cup oil
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
¾ cup lukewarm water
Pinch of salt
For the pizza sauce:
1 cup pizza sauce
For the topping:
300 grams white cheese (cut into thin slices)
100 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tomatoes (sliced)
50 grams olives (sliced)
2 tablespoons dried thyme
Instructions:

Prepare the dough:

In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and stir for 2 minutes.
Gradually add the flour while stirring continuously. Then, add the oil and knead the mixture until it forms a smooth, cohesive dough.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until the dough doubles in size.

Assemble the pizza:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
Arrange the thin slices of white cheese over the dough.
Add the sliced tomatoes between the pieces of cheese and sprinkle with dried thyme.
Place the sliced olives on top.

Bake the pizza:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
Once done, remove from the oven and cut the pizza into triangles. Serve hot.
